1. Purpose
Bordeaux Signature is a premium concierge platform and bespoke private transport service, operated by MAK TRANSPORT & TOURISME. Services include private driver, station and airport transfers, wine tours, excursions, concierge and private experiences. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
Every request is handled personally by our team. No real-time availability is displayed. A booking is firm only after written confirmation by Bordeaux Signature (e-mail) and, where applicable, payment of a deposit. Until confirmation, Bordeaux Signature may decline or adjust a request (vehicle, time, itinerary).
3. Pricing
Prices are indicative, except fixed fares expressly guaranteed at booking (e.g. Saint-Jean station ⇄ Mérignac airport). Any non-guaranteed fare is the subject of a free quote, validated in writing. The confirmed price includes the journey, the options retained and applicable taxes; tolls, parking and supplements (waiting beyond the complimentary time, night hours, child seat) may be invoiced additionally.
4. Cancellation and modification
Free cancellation up to 24 h before pickup. Within 24 h, the deposit may be retained. In case of flight or train delay or cancellation, pickup is adjusted as far as possible; complimentary waiting is specified at booking. Any modification of a confirmed time or itinerary may lead to a fare adjustment.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card or transfer. An invoice and, where applicable, a tax receipt are provided on request. Corporate services are invoiced separately.
6. Liability
MAK TRANSPORT & TOURISME undertakes to provide a professional service, well-maintained vehicles and punctual drivers. Our liability cannot be engaged for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, partner unavailability, closure of an estate or venue). Tickets, seats and bookings with third parties (châteaux, restaurants, hotels) are subject to their own terms.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights at any time (access, rectification, deletion, objection).
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. Failing that, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Bordeaux.
